Order Policies

Everything to know before placing your order, so your custom creation turns out just the way you imagined.

Placing an order

Order requests can be sent through our website, by text, by email or through Instagram. A request is not an order until it is confirmed.
We recommend placing orders about 3 weeks in advance to help ensure availability and the best possible results.
Please provide all names, wording, dates, colors and design details at the time of your request. Double-check spelling carefully.

Orders are not considered confirmed until all details are finalized and payment is received.
After reviewing your request, we’ll send a quote and invoice. We accept Zelle and Apple Pay.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order; the balance is due before pickup or shipping.

Prices listed on this website are starting prices and may vary based on size, quantity, design complexity, materials and turnaround time.
Basic personalization is included. Complex custom artwork or extensive design requests may incur an additional design fee, which we’ll tell you about before you pay.
Party favors have a minimum order of 5.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks once your order is confirmed.
Need something sooner? A $50 rush fee will be added before we can get started. Rush orders depend on availability and can’t always be accepted.
Delays caused by late approvals, missing details or changes after confirmation may push back your completion date.

We’ll confirm the details of your order with you before production. Please review spelling, names, dates and colors carefully.
Once you approve your details, we are not responsible for errors you approved.

Changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of payment/order confirmation.
After the 24-hour window, changes are not guaranteed as materials may have already been purchased and/or production may have begun.
If a change can be accommodated after the 24-hour period, additional fees may apply for new materials, design changes, or additional labor.
Once production has begun, certain changes may not be possible.

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
Customers must provide clear photos of the item and the issue when submitting a claim.
If the error was made by The Crafty Patch, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.
The Crafty Patch is not responsible for damage caused after the item has been received, including improper use, washing, handling, storage, or normal wear and tear.
Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may not be eligible for a replacement or correction.

Local pickup is available in South Florida. We proudly serve West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and surrounding areas.
Shipping is available for an additional fee, and rates vary by location.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for carrier delays.

By sending logos, photos, artwork or text, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline designs that use trademarked or copyrighted material without permission.
Designs we create for you may be shared on our website and social media as part of our portfolio.

Acrylic: wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth; avoid paper towels and harsh cleaners. Store out of direct heat.
Shirts: wash inside out in cold water; tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
Cups: hand wash only unless told otherwise.
