Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on size, quantity, design complexity, materials and turnaround time. Basic personalization is included. Complex custom artwork or extensive design requests may incur an additional design fee. Rush orders add a $50 fee.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order about 3 weeks before you need it. That helps ensure availability and gives time to get every detail right.
How long does my order take?
Standard turnaround is 2 weeks once your order is confirmed (details finalized and payment received).
Can you do a rush order?
Often, yes. A $50 rush fee is added before we get started, and rush orders depend on the current schedule, so reach out as early as you can.
Do you ship, or can I pick up?
Both. Local pickup is available in South Florida, and shipping is available for an added fee that depends on your location.
How do I pay?
After we go over your details and pricing, we’ll send you an invoice. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Can I send my own design, logo or photo?
Absolutely. Upload it with your order request. Basic personalization is included; complex custom artwork or extensive design requests may include an added design fee.
